Home Remodeling

Kitchens, baths, basements, and full-floor reworks — gutted clean, finished sharp.

Marble master bath remodel with freestanding tub by ARS Home Improvement
Overview

Remodeling is where ARS started, and it's still the work we do most. We pull rooms apart down to the studs, fix what's hiding behind the drywall, and put them back together at a level you can feel the day you move back in.

  • Kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and full-floor reworks
  • Structural changes, wall removals, and load-bearing rework
  • Permitted, inspected, and warrantied
  • Dust containment and daily site clean-up — we know you still live there

How We Work

OurProcess.

  1. 01

    Walk-Through & Scope

We come out, look at the space, and listen to how you want to use it. You leave with a clear scope and a real ballpark — not a sales pitch.

  2. 02

    Design & Selections

We help you finalize layout and selections at the showrooms we trust, then write a detailed contract with allowances so the price holds.

  3. 03

    Demo & Build

Containment goes up before demo comes down. Daily clean-up, weekly check-ins, and a single point of contact when you have questions.

  4. 04

    Punch & Hand-Off

Final walk-through, punch list, and a written warranty. We come back to make it right if anything settles.

Common Questions

Asked &Answered.

Can I stay in the house during the remodel?
Most of the time, yes. We set up dust containment, protect floors and finishes outside the work zone, and stage demo and rough-in to keep at least one bath and a working kitchen accessible whenever possible.
How long does a kitchen or bath take?
A typical bath runs 4–6 weeks; a full kitchen usually 6–10 weeks once cabinets are on site. We give you a real schedule before we sign and update it as we go.
Do you handle permits and inspections?
Yes — every permit, every inspection. We're licensed and insured in New Jersey, and we don't skip code on hidden work just because nobody's looking.
